Does anyone think that the drinking age in this country is the only
reason we have "unforgeable" drivers licenses? How much money do
states waste on this every year? It seems like the age should be
lowered and we could all have paper licenses with numbers cops can
reference with their in-car computers. As it is, we're making these hi-
tec ID's for bartenders. Does this make sense?
